What a diabolical place, walked in and was greeted by a man who Barley spoke English and barely understood it creating a massive language barrier and resulting in me having to repeat my order several times , I asked him for a red velvet cake it took him 10 mins to tell me they had none, had then asked for a cheesecake, he didn’t even bother informing me they had none (he only bothered to inform me once I left) . I asked for a karak chai and they bought me PG tips which looked like sewage water, the shisha was so harsh it was practically unsmokeable, The female waitress seemed as she didn’t want to be there and when she bought our water bottle she smacked it down on the table as if she was holding hot coals, to top it off I hadn’t even been in there 15 mins and they brought me my bill and asked me to pay bearing in mind they close at 2:30am and I visited at 11:30pm, management need to get a grip on this place as staff are unbothered and practically imbeciles who seem as if they are just there for a pay check there is no customer service skills and very poor food, drink and Shisha , reviews are falsified massively harsh but true avoid at all costs.

Food was a disgrace. Pizza was a frozen magherita pizza from the nearest supermarket and you are given a choice of 5 toppings. Burger was awful. Left all the food there.
Moving on…entry fee because they have the boxing on - unnecessary.
Each and every mojito tasted the exact same, no flavour at all.
Definitely needs improving for what they charge.
Won’t be back.

food is quick and easy, service is right to your table just at the press of a button and the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing. the shisha flavours they have in here are by far the best out of any shisha bar i’ve been to in Greater manchester all together it’s a brilliant place to be if you just want to come and play cards, relax and talk with friends👍🏼💯

Can’t comment on food because I didn’t order anything to eat, but everything else was a solid 10/10. Very clean and tidy, amazing interior and quick and efficient service, staff are so accommodating and friendly. Would 100% recommend. Big up Hassan for ensuring we had anything we needed, really went out of his way to accommodate my friends and I, and made it a very pleasant service.
